Spots Production was established in 1996 by a group of newly acquainted friends. Eager minds and a strong motivation to succeed kept the tight-knit group together and propelled the production forward. Through its early years, the group grew and matured by producing club after club with no signs of slowing down. The production finally received an opportunity to prove itself with a weekly on Fridays at Northern Lights called The Blizzard. Promotions brought a consistent 1,000 party people every week to the venue, and the masses kept coming back for six strong months before the next weekly, Boomerang, was established.
     At this point in time, the clubbing industry was in an intense state of competition with a variety of promotional groups in a "survival of the fittest" type battle. Year after year, SpotsPro put out new weeklies for its supporters, including Solution, Benjamins, Peppers, The Blizzard, Tha Spot, The Lounge, Sensations, Rhythm, and a weekly in San Diego called Sequence. Throughout its seven year existence, the production boasts a resume of over 700 events, more than 20 weeklies, over 25 venues, and a quarter million clubbers served. Presently, SpotsPro remains strong as one of the only groups that survived the battle of promotions, and continues to rock the spot with events such as Benjamins Friday Nights and one time massive's including Pitspots and Mass Appeal.
